Happy Thought School receives clinical services through the Student Services Centre in the Lord Selkirk School Division. 
These clinicians are members of the school team and are involved in developing appropriate educational programs, providing support for social/emotional concerns, and creating individual health care plans for our students.

Students can be referred by teachers or parents for supports including assessment, programming, counseling, risk management, and access to resources. 

Clinicians include:

• Occupational Therapy

• Speech Language Pathologist

• Physiotherapist

• Social Worker

• Psychologist

• Reading Clinician

• URIS Nurse

• True Inclusion Program

• Lead Teachers

Clinicians such speech language pathologist, social work, and psychology are assigned to HTS on a weekly basis. 
​All other services are accessed as they are needed.
